Before any refunds are issued Shima will always try to help you address your issues/complaints FIRST. Shima Hair Inc gives 30 days after date of purchase to return any product(s) you are unsatisfied with. You will be issued your refund in the following ways. Via check or Pay Pal. If your refund is in the form of a check, Shima Hair Inc. will mail it to you through priority mail via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shima Hair Inc. pays for shipping your refund only once. So please be aware that if USPS delivers your check and it is not claimed for whatever reason and is sent back to the company you must pay a re-shipping fee to have Shima Hair Inc. re-ship your refund. So please make sure that your address is current and correct before refund is issued. With USPS you will receive your tracking information as well. If your refund is issued via Pay Pal please make sure you provide your correct Pay Pal email address.
If you are returning a product(s) because you chose the wrong one(s) then you still have 30 days after date of purchase. Product(s) must be Unopened and Unused to receive an exchange.
